Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing to drive B2B and B2G (Government) sales for our steel structure and heavy fabrication business.
The ideal candidate will handle corporate clients, EPC contractors, industrial projects, and government tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for Steel Structures, PEB, Heavy Fabrication & Cable Trays.
- Identify and acquire B2B clients: industries, EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, warehouses, logistics, manufacturing units.
- Handle B2G sales: government tenders, RDSO railway projects, PWD, CPWD, PSUs, and large public infrastructure projects.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and government officers.
- Prepare proposals, BOQs, tenders, and technical presentations.
- Track and participate in Govt. e-procurement portals and tender processes.
- Achieve sales targets, prepare MIS reports, and monitor market trends.
- Coordinate with internal design, project, and fabrication teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 515 years of experience in Steel Structures / PEB / Heavy Fabrication / Industrial Products Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B corporate sales and Government (B2G) projects.
- Good understanding of RDSO projects, industrial construction, and fabrication solutions.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Experience in tendering, EPC sales, and project sales will be preferred.
