**Job Title:** Senior Associate – KYC / AML (Remitly Process)

**Location:** Manikonda, Hyderabad

**Salary Package:**

• Freshers – 2.5 LPA

• Experienced (Minimum 6 Months) – Up to 3.75 LPA

**Loyality Bonus: 20,000**

**Qualification:** Graduation Not Required

**Shift:** Rotational Shifts

### Roles & Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries related to money transfers, tracking, delays, and cancellations.

Provide support through inbound calls, emails, and chat channels.

Assist customers with account updates, profile modifications, and password resets.

Coordinate with third-party payout partners and vendor networks to ensure successful transaction delivery.

Verify customer information and support KYC/AML compliance processes.

Maintain high-quality customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
