Position: Customer Support Associate – International Chat Process
Eligibility
- Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 12 months of experience in International Chat Process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Salary
Up to 4.3 LPA CTC
Key Responsibilities
- Chat Handling: Manage 2–3 simultaneous live customer chats efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with mobile plans, billing, payments, device upgrades, and international travel options.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mobile network/device-related issues and raise internal tickets when required.
- Performance: Achieve assigned targets for CSAT, AHT/TAT, quality, and productivity.
