Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain product/service details and pitch accordingly.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/Database.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Outbound Calling
  • Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
  • Good Communication (English/Hindi/Regional)
  • Persuasion & Negotiation Skills
  • Target-Oriented & Result Driven

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / 12th Pass (if acceptable)
  • 03 years of Tele Sales / Inside Sales / BPO / Customer Support experience
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
