Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant platforms (job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.)
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable assessment tools and selection methods
  • Assess candidates knowledge, skills, and aptitudes effectively
  • Negotiate and release offers to selected candidates
  • Maintain a strong joiner pipeline to minimize offer dropouts
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to management
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Apply and monitor HR recruiting best practices across the organization

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment capabilities
  • Ability to maintain high-quality recruitment metrics and reports
  • Passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunity
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing recruitment pipelines
