Job Description

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a proficient Data Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient data pipelines and enterprise data solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement data management strategies, and ensure data quality, security, and availability. The Data Engineer will leverage experience in cloud platforms, big data tools, and modern development practices to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

  • We are looking for a skilled ForgeRock + DevOps professional with 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management and cloud automation.
  • Hands-on experience in ForgeRock components (AM, IDM, DS) including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Expertise in scripting languages like Shell, Python, or Groovy for automation and integration tasks.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
  • Good understanding of security protocols like OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
  • Ability to manage production environments, perform monitoring, and handle incident resolution.
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills across IAM and DevOps ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred for Pune location
