Key Responsibilities
Construction Planning & Execution
- Lead daytoday site execution for highrise residential towers , including structural, finishing, MEP, faade, and amenities work.
- Prepare and monitor construction schedules, microplans, daily progress reports, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants (including Foster + Partners and Sasaki Associates, as referenced), and contractors to meet project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to design intent, technical specifications, and premium finishing standards expected in luxury developments.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Implement stringent quality control aligned with luxury-grade specifications (materials, finishes, faade, interior detailing).
- Ensure site safety compliance and enforce safety protocols across all works.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and ensure all work meets LEEDaligned sustainable construction parameters.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, labor teams, MEP vendors, and faade specialists.
- Review contractor work, BOQs, measurements, bills, and monitor cost control.
- Liaison with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with local municipal and RERA requirements.
Coordination & Reporting
- Conduct coordination meetings with project management, consultants, and design teams.
- Provide accurate progress updates to senior management, highlighting risks, delays, and action plans.
- Coordinate execution of amenities including clubhouses, swimming pools, landscaped decks, sports amenities, and luxury common areas.
Site & Material Management
- Oversee material planning, ordering, receiving, storage, and utilization.
- Ensure timely availability of critical materials including steel, concrete, faade systems, HVAC units, and highend interior materials.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (BE/B.Tech).
- 1018 years of experience in highrise residential construction (40+ storey towers preferred).
- Prior experience on luxury residential / premium mixeduse developments is strongly preferred.
Skills
- Expertise in highrise RCC structures, MEP coordination, premium interior finishing, and faade execution.
- Strong planning, site coordination, and teamleadership capability.
- Ability to handle multitower, largescale developments in fastpaced urban environments like Worli.
Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)
- Experience on landmark South Mumbai projects.
- Familiarity with LEED/greenbuilding construction practices.
- Experience handling luxury clubhouse, landscaping, skydeck amenities, and highvalue finishing work.
- Coordination on projects involving international consultants
