We are Hiring For Cash Uploader and ATM Operater

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ATM operations to ensure continuous uptime and minimize downtime.
• Monitor ATM transactions and machine status; escalate issues promptly when required.
• Coordinate with Cash Management Company (CMC) for timely cash loading of ATMs.
• Verify cash before loading and ensure accurate balancing of ATM cash.
• Maintain detailed records of cash replenishment and withdrawals.
• Perform First Level Maintenance (FLM) tasks such as resolving paper jams, replacing receipt rolls, and managing card captures.
• Log and report hardware and software issues to service teams for resolution.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ATM cash handling and operational security.
• Ensure security during cash transportation and ATM cash loading processes.
• Maintain compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and company guidelines.
• Maintain daily ATM logbooks documenting cash balances, uptime, and complaints.
• Prepare detailed reports on ATM downtime, disputes, and cash discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and preferably ATM software handling.
• Willingness to work in shifts or rotational duties, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferably prior experience in ATM operations, cash management, or banking operations.
