Client: Sun Life Financial
Location: Gurgaon – Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
Experience: 3–5 Years

- User Stories, Business Requirements, and System Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business and IT process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with squad members to address high-priority backlog items.
- Partner with the Product Owner to analyze business requests and understand process-system dependencies.
- Analyze and document the impact of future developments on systems, processes, procedures, and clients.
- Facilitate requirements interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops.
- Translate business requirements into system requirements and user stories.
- Prepare and review business and technical documentation.
- Support feature rollouts and client impact analysis.
- Assist in testing with a focus on end-to-end validation.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Knowledge of Financial Services, particularly the Insurance industry.
- Understanding of business processes, system capabilities, workflows, privacy, compliance, controls, and security.
- Experience in test execution, identifying edge cases, and validating system functionality.
- Comfortable working with data requirements and related activities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be local to Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice with a maximum of 10 days.
- Previous MNC experience is preferred/required.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Gurgaon.
