Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound & outbound leads professionally

Generate new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups & networking

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable training/career programs

Convert enquiries into successful admissions/sales

Build and maintain strong client/student relationships

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Maintain lead data and follow-up records in CRM/software

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Required Skills



Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Positive attitude with sales mindset

Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

ELIGIBILITY



Graduate in any discipline

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
