Job Title: Associate – Backend Operations (Disputes)

Work Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary Package

• Freshers: 3 LPA

• Experienced: Up to 3.5 LPA

• Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred for experienced candidates

Qualification: Graduation Not Required

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab Facility available within a 25 KM radius

Key Responsibilities

• Dispute Processing: Review and process transaction, billing, and payment-related disputes through backend systems.

• Data & Document Verification: Analyze transaction details, supporting documents, and account information to validate disputes.

• Resolution & Case Handling: Investigate cases, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate action according to process guidelines.

• Backend Operations: Perform accurate data entry, update case records, and maintain proper documentation.

• Quality & Compliance: Follow process guidelines, maintain accuracy, and meet productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Profile

Good written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Ability to work with data and documentation

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
