About the Role

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager from the BFSI sector to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement and HR processes. The ideal candidate should understand the BFSI business environment, peer/competitor landscape and talent market, with the confidence to attract and hire candidates from competitor organizations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment across various departments and levels.

·       Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking and direct sourcing.

·       Identify and approach suitable candidates from BFSI peer and competitor organizations.

·       Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams for manpower requirements and timely closures.

·       Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers and exits.

·       Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs and support a positive work culture.

·       Handle employee engagement, grievance management and retention initiatives.

·       Manage and maintain HRMS, recruitment portals, employee records and HR MIS.

·       Ensure proper HR documentation and awareness of labour laws and statutory compliance.

·       Understand the company's business model, products, functions, peer companies and competitor landscape to support effective hiring.

·       Monitor recruitment performance through TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, hiring sources and other HR metrics.

Candidate Profile

·       Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.

·       Candidates from Banking, NBFC, FinTech, Insurance, Broking, Wealth Management or Financial Services can be considered.

·       Strong experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

·       Confident in poaching/attracting candidates from peer and competitor organizations.

·       Good understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, HRMS and job portals.

·       Basic practical knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.

·       Good understanding of the BFSI business model and industry landscape.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong negotiation, persuasion and stakeholder-management skills.

·       Should be confident, proactive and target-oriented.

·       Candidates from any location willing to relocate can be considered.
