We are searching for a Sales Specialist to join our on-site team in Navi Mumbai. This full-time role involves engaging with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing comprehensive product or service training as necessary. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as contribute to overall business growth strategies.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Capability to train and guide team members for improved performance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
