The Impact You Will Have in This Role:

The WDS governance team defines operational frameworks related to environmental sustainability, facility resilience, and WDS technology systems. In this role, you will support DTCC's energy/environmental framework and maintain cybersecurity for WDS technology systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation and oversight of the WDS network device assets and ensuring compliance with IT governance.


Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the WDS network device assets inventory for annual audits
  • Remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities identified on WDS devices
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of WDS IT assets for all devices
  • Report findings, remediation steps, and upgrade schedules for firmware and software
  • Prepare and update technical procedures, standards, and network technical documents
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and management to align with network requirements
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities and escalate issues appropriately
  • Facilitate user access for in-scope servers and devices
  • Ensure compliance with DTCC's incident, change, and problem management requirements
  • Validate that WDS network-connected devices are compliant with DTCC IT governance
  • Provide bi-weekly reporting on the status of WDS network-connected devices
  • Support the WDS quality management framework and continual improvement
  • Monitor and mitigate risk while aligning with risk and control processes


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience


Talents Needed for Success:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the IT networking domain
  • Knowledge of asset inventory management for servers, workstations, software licenses, and network-connected devices
  • Experience with SNOW application or other IT ticketing systems
  • Preferred experience with cybersecurity scanners and reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills to interact with global teams
  • Willingness to learn new system processes or obtain relevant certifications
  • Ability to support day shift at IST and attend EST morning meetings as required
