We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization UX Expert to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, user-centric data platform-agnostic visualization solutions. This role serves as a strategic bridge between data engineering and user experience, transforming complex datasets into intuitive, actionable visual interfaces that drive decision-making and operational clarity.
Key Responsibilities Project Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Visual Interfaces Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that simplify complex data and enhance user comprehension across platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with data analysts, visualization developers (Power BI, Tableau), and business stakeholders to create responsive, intuitive UI aligned with business goals.
- Data Storytelling Translate technical data outputs into clear, meaningful visual narratives tailored to diverse user personas.
- User-Centered Design & Validation Conduct user research, usability testing, and KPI validation to refine UX and ensure measurable impact.
- Scalable Design Systems Propose modular UI components and layouts that support platform upgrades, automation, and performance optimization.
- Platform-Specific Standards Document and maintain design guidelines for visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Operational Support Manage service and change requests, support compliance reviews, and maintain UX documentation and visualization standards.
- Requirements Gathering & Enhancement Delivery Participate in business analysis and contribute to enhancements aligned with data engineering and visualization needs.
- Enhancements and Continuous Maintenance Considering platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting as necessary, identifying pipelines for addressing predictability for early failures and performance issues; support creation and revision of data visualization that overcomes these challenges.
- Audits and Reviews Support compliance audit activities by ensuring strict adherence to established design principles, with minimal deviation from approved design specifications throughout implementation
