WD Senior Manager UI/UX

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Portfolio Management Lead global client engagements manage SOW resource planning budgets and timelines
• Oversee multiple product portfolios to ensure growth and profitability
• Research Design Leadership Define vision and frameworks institutionalize best practices across teams and verticals
• Strategic Influence Shape product and project strategies through insights establish design vision standards and governance frameworks
• Risk Quality Management Define UX UI success metrics and establish clear boundaries to prevent scope creep
• Identify assess and proactively mitigate delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Design Reviews Conduct regular design reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives usability standards and organizational guidelines
• Provide actionable feedback to maintain design integrity

Technical Requirements:

• o Proficient in new technologies like AI and implementation in the solutioning part
• o Design collaboration tools Figma Adobe XD Miro Fig Jam
• o Project management tools Jira Confluence MS Office Tools
