Key Responsibilities Project Responsibilities
- Understand user needs through research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
- Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking, including advanced methods such as ethnography and contextual inquiry.
- Define research strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define IA, Sitemaps and Navigation Models
- Create and validate high-level design concepts with customers.
- Define solution architecture and collaborate across UX, UI, and engineering teams to validate feasibility.
- Establish design patterns and guidelines, including micro-interaction patterns, ensuring consistency across products.
- Develop detailed design specifications and ensure compliance with usability and WCAG standards.
- Drive usability testing and synthesize findings for design improvements.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Maintain design systems and visual consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Review and validate prototypes for compliance with the Experience Design framework.
- Manage project sign-off and closure activities.
- Lead design discussions.
- Stay updated on UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product design.
