current accounts, collection & payments solutions, trade services, forex remittances, capital market solutions as well as

AbouttheRole

A Product Sales Manager plays a crucial role in achievement of Yearly Budgets by leading and coordinating sales efforts for specific products or product lines. They are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. With a deep understanding of the market, product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills, Product Sales Managers drive revenue growth and establish long-term customer relationships in the Current Accounts Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility will be to identify, develop and execute strategic relationship with various entities in the B2B, G2B & B2C ecosystem to drive the current account acquisition business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote current account products and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify target customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including businesses and individuals, by understanding their banking needs and offering appropriate current account solutions.
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively manage customer retention by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening existing customer relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth using relevant sales metrics and reporting tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications

  • The candidate should be graduate
  • The candidate should have 8-10 years of experience across banking/financial services/fintech industry
Role Proficiencies:

  • Should have good interpersonal skills and must be a good team player
  • Understanding of Partnership Ecosystem and Channels from a SME and B2B perspective
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, making key decisions with minimum direct oversight
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and manage through influence instead of direct reporting relationship.
