About the Role
Cash Management Sector Sales Manager in WBP is responsible for development, implementation, enhancement and commercialization of Bank's cash management products and delivery channels specifically focusing on the key growth sectors. he/she is required to bundle multiple product offerings into a single suite in order to cater sector specific requirements, he/she is required to do market study, development, marketing, training, sales programs, performance tracking to deliver Bank's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
.Responsible for driving CMS Collections product strategy and commercialization aligning it with the Bank's strategic and regional imperatives, and communicating the same to sales channel
.Identify and work with product managers for new development as per client needs or market opportunities.
.Work closely with clients to understand their pain areas to convert them into opportunity for product enhancement by developing target market and pricing policy for products
.Work closely with Relationship Mangers, clients and product managers to deliver right outcomes through product penetration
.Responsible for the P&L for Cash Management product across segments.
.Training and development of sales team / channel
.Reviewing the existing process and ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the process
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years in CMS.
.Understanding of digital payments & collections is preferred. Should be result oriented and willing to deliver business and client requirements
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
. Knowledge
.Candidate must have hands on experience in API based products, necessary to drive requirements in the payments and collection product ecosystems.
.Candidate is expected to understand technical requirements and communicate with the respective IT teams. He/she is expected to understand technical design at a high level.
.Candidate must have experience in transaction banking
.Candidate is expected to find optimal ways to streamline the pipeline as per business requirements.
.Candidate should understand Product Life cycle
