Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Cash management Services, Commercial cards & Correspondent Banking services, Capital & Custody Account Services, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, GIFT City. The team focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and delivery of mentioned services to corporate customers.
Cash management product is part of wholesale banking product offering full range of digital products and services across receivables, payables, and government business. CMS product team drives innovation and provides banking solutions across all segments conglomerates, large corporates, multinationals, government banking, mid-corporate, commercial banking, branch banking
About the Role
CMS FI Product Sales Manager role is to oversee CMS clients across FI and PSU Segment
He/She will drive client penetration across FI and PSU through structured CMS solutions across NBFC,DFI, Capital Markets (MF, Brokers & Pvt. Insurance), PSU's.
Engage at various levels with clients to drive CMS outcomes. Work closely with RM's and Regional Heads for Sales joint pitch.
Ensure Audit & Compliance framework is adhered. Tracking monthly revenue plans and fee recoveries.
Work closely with other stakeholders within the bank for positive outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
.Responsible for the achievement of the CMS Fee and improve CDAB for the assigned region to meet financial & non-financial targets.
.Acquisition of mandates budgeted and increase CMS sales in notified verticals in existing and new clients.
.Increase Digital penetration including API based solutions, Host to Host connectivity, and Payments, including market share and grow volumes of GST, TDS, Customs and other tax payments.
.Drive CMS penetration, including cash & Cheque collections, BBPS, NACH/ eNACH, Payment gateway solutions and other digital solutions like virtual accounts.
.Provide feedback on new product ideas and business models in the market to Product teams and work across internal stakeholders like coverage, Product, Implementation, IT etc, to grow Franchise level outcomes.
.Role also entails initiation, overseeing implementation and monetization of CMS deals in the pipeline.
.Ensure housekeeping & regularly update call reports, maintain a healthy pipeline to meet budgets and update all stakeholders on developments of portfolio.
.Understand and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders on ongoing changes in regulatory framework impacting the portfolio.
Qualifications
.7+ years of related experience
.Graduate in any Discipline
.MBA/PGDBM will be preferred
Additional qualifications / certifications relating to CMS, Exposure to FIG / PSU and Commercial Cards will be desirable.
Role Proficiencies:
.Knowledge of CMS products of the Bank
.Dealt with CMS Sales/CMS Service
.Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
.Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

.Basic knowledge of IT
