About Wholesale Banking Products
Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Cash management Services, Commercial cards & Correspondent Banking services, Capital & Custody Account Services, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, GIFT City. The team focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and delivery of mentioned services to corporate customers.
About the Role
.CMS Implementation Manager is responsible for successful and timely implementation of cash management solutions for clients across CMS products and client segments.


Key Responsibilities
.Manage the end-to-end implementation process including gathering requirements, developing project plans, co ordinating with cross functional teams and tracking progress for new cash management mandates won by Sales Team.
.Assist Sales team in RFP and pre- sales pitch for large clients.
.Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams to communicate project status, resolve issues an ensure all deliverables are met.
.Develop and maintain strong relationships with client to understand their needs and manage their expectations throughout the implementation.
.Collaborate with product, operations, technology, and other teams to ensure cash managements are configured and implemented correctly.
.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process, escalating issues as needed.
.Document and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in the implementation process.
.Post go live, track monetization of mandate.
.Provide feedback to Product teams and work across internal stakeholders like coverage, Product, Sales, IT etc., to improve NPS
.Ensure housekeeping & regularly update implementation status to provide visibility to all stakeholders on implementation progress

Qualifications
.5+ years of related experience
.Graduate in any Discipline
.MBA/PGDBM will be preferred
Additional qualifications / certifications related to project management is desirable.
Role Proficiencies:
.Knowledge of CMS products of the Bank
.Dealt with CMS Implementation /CMS Service
.Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.
.Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
.Relationship building skills across internal and external stakeholders
.Good IT knowledge
