About Wholesale Banking Operations
Wholesale Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrowed accounts under Wholesale banking. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Commercial Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings
AbouttheRole
Process Control and Training Officials are responsible for timely conduct of Process control Audit across the CBO Units. They ensure timely submission of compliance by CBO Operating Units for credit and concurrent audits reports
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for timely conduct of Process Control Audit (PCA) of various CBO Operating Units and closure of reports Identify gaps during conduct of Process Control Audits

Refer processes that need strengthening /redefining/reviewing to the Process Design & Solutions Team and assist them in designing/ simplification of the same.

Ensure timely submission of Credit Audit & Concurrent Audit Reports by CBO units

Facilitate conduct of audit (Long Form Audit) by Statutory Auditors at various CBO Operating Units and ensure compliance with observations made therein.

Ensure maintenance of audit related data and provide various dash boards & MIS related to Audits

Scrutinize audit reports for key observations and escalate it to the next level for advising suitable corrective action

Qualifications

Graduate/ Post Graduate form a recognized institute

2-5 years of relevant experience

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of banking products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to train, coach and mentor others
