| About Wholesale Banking Operations | |||||
| Wholesale Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrowed accounts under Wholesale banking. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Commercial Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings | |||||

| WB Service CO Lead supervises and overlooks all the Service Centres across regions. CCMCs handles the requirement of non-retail borrowal accounts under CRG & SME Segment during their entire life cycle parked at various branches spread across the country (which are not tagged to CBBs/CCSUs) through distance handling mechanism (DHM) as also control the Corporate Credit Service Units (CCSUs) who are based out of tier II towns (with a staff strength of 2-4 officials in each CCSU). CCMC Head is responsible for the smooth functioning of a CCMC and ensuring utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction as also the efficient functioning of their mapped CCSU. He is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings also. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Plan and drive CA / CMS related Central office actions for improving customer convenience Enable and extend support to CBG, branch teams on conducting transactions handled in Trade, forex Ensure reduction in the customer complaints over the base line Drive digital adoption across Credit Connect, TF Connect, CIB, CMS Conduct regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders at CO level Driving the mid office / Cross sell activities Trade & Forex Review and monitor NFTR in Credit and Trade & Forex transactions for sub-department (Keyproducts of Credit Disbursement, Current Account and Trade & Forex operations) Reduction in EDPMS/IDPMS/CPQs/Capital A/c pendency as per stipulated criteria Maintain TAT across all products as per the agreed criteria Train & guide the teams to manage work efficiently | |||||
Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute 12-15 years in a relevant role | |||||
