WBCG:PSU - TEAM LEAD

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the team & guide them in handling existing and source new business.
2. 360 degree feed back to team member for increase in performance.
3. Source new customers to generate revenue for fund Based and non-fund based products and increase customer base for the team.
4. Strengthen relationship with existing customer base so as to generate sustained business and identify opportunities for cross sell.
5. Driving liability /Transaction business in existing relationships.
6. Ensure prudent portfolio management and diversification of risk in partnership with the Team to achieve portfolio quality.
7. Ensure implementation of due processes, guidelines and Bank's code of conduct in all transactions, sanctions, disbursals and post disbursal activities in his/her team.
8. Provide feedback on Risk Management/ Product Policy / Process Monitoring for streamlining the processes to ensure TAT reduction, Risk Diversification and Inclusive policy within his/her team.
