About National Pension System
. NPS is National Pension System, a retirement solution to be offered to various sectors (namely - Corporate,
Government, and All citizen model) as defined by the regulator PFRDA.
. Axis Bank is present across all these sectors and onboard a team to cater to the requirement for NPS.
About the Role
. Executive role is to provide Sales Support in terms of MIS with analysis.
. Marketing Collaterals / EDMs creation and distribution.
. Presentation preparation as required by management.
Key Responsibilities
. Data collation from respective stake holder and presenting in excel format for onwards review and analysis with seniors.
. Collation of documents from various internal channel and recordkeeping in prescribed format.
. Co-ordinate with all stakeholders, internal team, and departments for providing solutions and quick.
. Turnaround for the sales team.
. Time bound MIS to all stakeholders at a periodic frequency.
. Marketing Collaterals from the vendor and distribution to the team
. EDM creation and sharing with the Sales team.
Qualifications
. Education (Graduate) 10+2+3, preferably with specialization in Human Resources Management
. Experience (6+ years in Process Excellence or related function)
. 3-5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in contact centre)
Role Proficiencies:
. Leadership skills
. Interpersonal skills
. Analytical skills Sound knowledge of retail banking products and Process
. Knowledge of digital banking channels like, Internet Banking, Mobile App.
. Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PPT and LibreOffice - Excel
