The Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) focusses on doing business with customers such as the Government, Strategic, large and mid-corporates and the SMEs across industries like Infrastructure, Engineering, Chemicals, Oil amp Gas, Metals, textiles etc. The Corporate lending business emphasizes on doing business with higher rated corporates with a focus on garnering a higher share of the cash flows by providing working capital facilities

About the Role
To work with Strategy team on timely implementation of the 33 solutions as part of the Mid Corp project broadly covering.

Key Responsibilities
NTB Pre-approval process
i) Preparation of the pre-approved list on a quarterly basis
ii) Release of preapproved list to RMs through CRM
iii) Maintaining the dashboard on pre-approved limit setting and monitoring conversions
2) ETB Deepening
i) Categorization of ETB into A,B,C basis RaROC and PPC /income potential
ii) Monitoring Calling rhythm (across RMs and GHs) basis ETB categorization
iii) Monitoring the review cadence across hierarchy
3) Training
i) Finalisation of training programmes
ii) Administration of assessments
iii) Monitoring of attendance & % age of people clearing the assessment
4) Marketing enablers like linkedin posts, round table conferences, events, sales pitch Deck etc
5) Structured quarterly knowledge sharing sessions with case studies between coverage & CBB
6) Dashboards around RM productivity and business pipeline
7) Reviews & Updates
i) Work along with strategy on fortnightly MD updates
ii) Review updates to GE and MD
. To upload and update the Mid Corp project on Samadhan portal as P1 project

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. CFA/ CA/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute
