About Wholesale Banking Coverage

Wholesale Banking Coverage Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Account, CMS, Trade (Domestic & Cross Boarder) & Supply Chain Finance, Sector Solutions, Capital Account and Custody & Capital Markets IPO & Escrows. Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT)

Custody & Capital Market Division is a niche segment focus on Custodial Services (Domestic - PMS, AIF, MF, Insurance etc & Foreign - FPI, FDI, FVCI, DRs) Clearing & Settlement services for Trade Professional Clearing Services for Equity & Currency Derivative Segments. Bank is also offering Fund Accounting Services for Portfolio Managers (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) & MF/Insurance.

AbouttheRole

To drive business strategy, product development, and revenue growth for Custody and Capital Market services across Domestic and GIFT platforms, while ensuring regulatory compliance, strong governance, and effective product implementation. The role combines sales leadership, product commercialization, regulatory expertise, and crossfunctional execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business strategy and growth for Custody and Capital Market services across Domestic and GIFT City platforms.

Achieve revenue targets across Fee income, CDAB, AUC, and FX.

Lead product evaluation, commercialization, and gotomarket execution based on market and peer analysis.

Identify and implement new growth areas including Mutual Funds, Insurance, FPI, and AIF segments.

Sourcing New Customers & successful on-boarding under Custody

Act as a solution advisor to clients on SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and AML/KYC regulatory requirements.

Engage directly with clients and coverage teams to structure solutions and close business opportunities.

Build strategic partnerships with legal firms, trustees, administrators, Big4 firms, and tax consultants.

Organize roadshows and market outreach programs to strengthen market presence and pipeline creation.

Prepare business analysis, MIS, and management reports for tracking performance and decisionmaking.

Cross selling of Bank Products.

Qualifications

Any master's degree with experience of 5+ years in custody business

Role Proficiencies:

Positive and collaborative attitude with good communication skills
Thorough with SEBI regulations & policies related to Custody & Capital market Products.
Ability to provide solutions to the clients balancing compliance & Risks
Proactive in learning & self-development.
