Wholesale Banking Coverage Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Account, CMS, Trade (Domestic & Cross Boarder) & Supply Chain Finance, Sector Solutions, Capital Account and Custody & Capital Markets, IPO & Escrows. Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT)

Capital Account Division is a niche segment focused on Foreign Investments (FI) Overseas Investments (OI) and External Commercial Borrowing (ECB).

Business strategy & planning for growth.

Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.

Deep understanding about RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators.

Possess knowledge on FEMA KYC/AML SEBI (applicable) FDI Policy of GOI etc

Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.

Overall Business Development of Capital Account (At Domestic & GIFT)

Driving Business through Coverage & Direct Customer Meetings.

Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees) Administrators.

Product Commercialization - Planning & Execution.

Business Controle: Risk Audit & Compliance.

Strategy & Planning for growth

New Client/Fund acquisition

Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB & Fx

Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.

Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation

Mentoring team members.

Cross Sales of WBP/Bank's other Products.

• Any master's degree with experience of 10+ years in Capital Account Business.

• Positive and collaborative attitude with good communication skills
• Thorough with FEMA regulations & policies related to Capital Account Transactions
• Ability to provide solutions to the clients
• Proactive in learning & self-development.
