Job description

. Maintain Relationships at State Directorate, PFMS (SPMU) level - SNO , ASNO, AO etc and

generate advance Information resulting in an edge to the RM / SH / GH for working and building upon the

advance information and conversion to Business.

. Assist SH / GH & RM in Pre -sales technical Query resolutions pertaining to PFMS which helps the State

resources convert business .

. Support to SHs/ RMs in execution of PFMS related mandates, is responsible in streamlining query resolution

pertaining to PFMS for stakeholders .

. Amalgamate the PFMS understanding and its merging with the CBS solutions

. Co-ordinating with the State Directorates / SPMUs to understand the Implementation realities of the market

& Assisting resources with all the required proactive information

. Expanding universe of Seeding in PFMS--PFMSABLE ACCOUNTS

. Responsible for Implementation of the PFMS related Activities

. Responsible for arranging for SPMU to write to CPMU/ CGA for mobilizing support for faster execution of

mandate related activities

Role : Grade ( AM till Sr Mgr ) depending on Working experience

Reporting to SVP / AVP PFMS & GeM (GCG)

• Be the SPOC between PFMS State Directorate and Axis Bank
• Ensure Trickle down benefit of polies of PFMS accrue to Axis Bank
• Ensure scalability of Businesses acquired and replicated in other geographies .
• Resolution of all Technical PFMS related queries posed by the Departments on PFMS
• Pre- Sales pitch , Post Acquisition Pitch for SHs
• PFMS onboarding and execution of mandates
• Reporting anomalies in case of execution aberrations
• Co-ordination with Internal Products and IT Teams. .
• Be updated with all the latest Oms pertaining to PFMS and interpret the OM
• Knowledge dissemination on PFMS to RMs

Skills & Pre-requisite.

.3-5 years exposure in a government set up in State/ central Bureaucracy.

• Understanding of the State Level Bureaucracy.
• Preferred experience of already engaging with the State Departments / SPMU/CPMU /CGA as master trainers
• Understanding of PFMS & GeM eco system .
• Conversant with Central Sector Schemes , Centrally Sponsored Schemes , State Schemes & Direct Benefit Transfers.
• Sensitivity to escalations pertaining to PFMS
• Inking to train & retrain
• Keen eye to identify new opportunities within PFMS & GeM ecosystem.
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and propose Mix & Match Solutions which are implementable by bank
• Collaboration is a strength

Qualifications:

. B. Tech / BCA / Diploma in Computer applications from a recognized institute.

• Must have trained on PFMS System - Certificate of Master Trainer desirable but not mandatory.
