Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT). Capital Fund Division is a niche segment focus on Bankers to the Issue (BTI) Services Escrow, RERA and CSR products.
About the Role
Product Relationship Manager
Business strategy & planning for growth.
Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.
Deep understanding about SEBI and RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators.
Possess knowledge on key areas ICDR Guidelines (IPO/Buy-Back/Rights Issue/FPO, etc) Escrow & RERA KYC/AML
Responsible for Account On-boarding of clients, ensuring timely set-up & getting execution of deals
Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees) Administrators - In India & Key overseas jurisdictions.
Ensure to resolve Customer Service-related issues, if any, by coordinating with stakeholders.
Overall Business Development of Capital Fund.

Strategy & Planning for growth
New Client acquisition
Develop Business at GIFT City
Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB & Fx
Offer integrated and Digital solutions.
Update customers about new/change in regulations, New Product offering (Product Commercialization)
Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.
Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation.
Cross Sales of WBP/Bank's other Products
Qualifications
.Any master's degree with experience of 5+ years in Capital Fund Business
Role Proficiencies:
.Positive and collaborative attitude with good communication skills
.Thorough with SEBI regulations & policies related to Capital Fund (Escrow, IPO, Dividend, RERA, CSR etc)
.Ability to provide solutions to the clients
.Proactive in learning & self-development.
