AVP - CoE Business and Sector Lead
Role Objective
To drive execution for the Centers of Excellence (CoE) as a sector-led business growth engine, with responsibility for business development across clusters, developing sector expertise, and contributing to P&L delivery across the identified CoEs.
The role requires strong business acumen, managing sector specific P&L, with ability to bring or build expertise across sectors, and work closely with stakeholders to drive revenue-focused execution and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
.Drive business origination, pipeline creation and deal conversion across identified sectors and clusters
.Build and expand business presence in identified geographies and Sectors
.Develop, deepen and institutionalise understanding of sector dynamics, client ecosystems, and key opportunity areas
.Support structured solutioning and deal execution in partnership with Product and Risk teams
.Track pipeline build, quality and conversion, and ensure visibility through structured reporting
.Contribute to development of sector-specific propositions, playbooks and engagement models
.Build ecosystem linkages (clients, intermediaries, partners) to support sustained pipeline generation
.Support CoE-led initiatives, campaigns and programs to drive sector penetration and business momentum
