The Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) focuses on doing business with customers such as the Government, Strategic, large and mid-corporates and the SMEs across industries like Infrastructure, Engineering, Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Metals, textiles etc. The Corporate lending business emphasizes on doing business with higher rated corporates with a focus on garnering a higher share of the cash flows by providing working capital facilities | |||||

The WBCG: Business Planning Team is responsible for scoping of the area sales and operations and implementing strategies to increase productivity and performance levels in order to achieve the Circles financial targets. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the daily operations and compliance with the rules and regulations set as per banking norms for Government clients/ Departments. The role involves relationship management with the key account holders of the Bank to ensure deepening of accounts and thus generating revenue | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Driving CRM Enhancements and customization of WBCG Preparing BRDs in consultation with Business Team to be provided to IT. Performing UAT and Production sign off Imparting training on new developments, preparation of user manual Budgeting activity: Budget forecasting in collaboration with stakeholders like Coverage Seg, multiple product teams and F&A Tracking of quarterly and monthly performance actual as well as projected to be put up to senior management Seg wise performance expectations to be shared with multiple teams like ALM, Risk etc. Migration of accounts: Collaborating with multiple teams for seamless migration of accounts KRAs: Business logic to be provided to ABR for publishing the BSCs of Seg Heads and KRAs of the other roles in coverage. Actuals to be checked. SH Bscs to be prepared Coordination with the ABR Team for any changes in Dashboard/other existing reports Process improvement through automation in coordination with BIU and IT Any other Adhoc requirement from senior management | |||||

Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA preferred) from a recognized institute | |||||
