Water Resources Engineer

IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED

A Water Resources Engineer based in ChennaiforProcurement of Water & Irrigation related Consultancy Projects in India.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil /Environmental/Water Resources Engineering, or a related field (MBA will be preferred).

Proficiency in relevant software and modelling tools for water resource projects

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge and experience in water/storm water/irrigation Resource Management and related systems

Strong understanding of Hydrology and water flow modelling

Experience with Water Quality assessment and management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Previous experience in a similar role within water/irrigation/ environmental or engineering sector is a plus

Experience in preparation of EoI, PQ documents

Identifying experts for the project, getting their profiles, submission of documents, follow-up with organisations and negotiations to procure the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of EoI, PQ documents and procurement of projects in India

Designing, analyzing, and managing water/stormwater/irrigation systems.

To carry out hydrological studies, develop stormwater management solutions, assess water resources, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Tocontribute to the development and implementation of strategies for sustainable water resources and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
