We are seeking a skilled Water Painter/Painter/Sanding Helper to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and surface preparation, ensuring high-quality finishes on various surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Mix and apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of painting projects, ensuring all materials are ready and organized.
- Perform sanding and surface preparation tasks to ensure optimal adhesion of paint.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in painting or related fields.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques and tools.
