Water / Filtration Engineer

Akvo's atmospheric water generators produce potable drinking water from air, deployed at industrial, government, and remote sites. We are looking for an experienced engineer to own the water side of the product end to end.

What you will do:

• Design and optimise our multi-stage treatment train (sediment, carbon, mineralisation, UV)

• Own water-quality compliance to potable-water standards

• Define treatment methodology, cartridge specs, and QC test protocols

• Qualify filtration components and vendors

• Work across R&D, Manufacturing, and QC

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Water, or Mechanical engineering

• Industrial experience in water filtration/treatment system design (RO, UF, carbon, UV)

• Working knowledge of water compliance standards and water-quality testing

• Hands-on treatment methodology and process validation experience

On-site, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai. Strong profiles will be rewarded — pay is negotiable for the right experience.
