This is a full-time on-site role for a Watchman Cum Gardener, located in Mawal. The role involves monitoring and maintaining the security of the premises, ensuring the safety of buildings and properties during work hours and non-working hours, and taking action in case of emergencies. Additionally, the role includes gardening tasks such as planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and overall upkeep of the landscaping to maintain the aesthetics of the premises.

• Ability to monitor and secure premises, and respond quickly and effectively to security issues
• Practical skills in gardening, including planting, pruning, and maintaining green spaces
• Basic understanding of incident handling and emergency response procedures
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor manual tasks in various weather conditions
• Keen observation skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in security or gardening is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required
