Role Description The Washer Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring bottle and keg washing equipment to ensure containers meet cleanliness and quality standards before filling. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and adjusting machinery, loading and unloading containers, checking wash cycles, and performing basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment. The Washer Operator records production and quality data, reports any issues or safety concerns, and collaborates with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime. The role also requires adherence to strict hygiene, safety, and environmental guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating industrial or manufacturing equipment, preferably in a beverage or food production environment.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical processes and ability to perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments.
- Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in production facilities, including use of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, read basic instructions and production logs, and maintain accurate records.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive tasks, and lift moderate weights in a factory setting.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
- Previous experience in brewing or beverage manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
