Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manjeshwara for a Warehouse Team Leader. The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, packing management, and ensuring efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing and supervising a team, coordinating resources, monitoring warehouse performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves communication with stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and resolve any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in Operations Management and expertise in Inventory Control
- Knowledge and experience in Packing and related operational processes
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
