Chemist Box Private Limited is a growing multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain based in Bihar, currently operating 24 physical stores with a strong expansion plan.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage daily warehouse operations and team activities.

• Monitor inventory, stock control, and order picking.

• Ensure team productivity, attendance, and discipline.

• Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.

• Prepare daily operational and inventory reports.

Qualifying Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

• Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Logistics.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Qualifying Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

• Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Logistics.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

• 1–5 years of experience as a Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor.

• Experience in pharma, logistics, retail, or e-commerce warehousing preferred.

Salary & Benefits:-

• Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 per month.

• Performance-Based Incentives for every worked month

• 2 Casual Leave (CL).
