Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Team Lead, based in Kochi. The Team Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipment processing, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, address challenges, and achieve efficiency continuously. The Team Lead will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring staff performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills to guide and supervise warehouse staff members
• Experience in warehouse logistics, supply chain operations, and inventory management
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory flow, and ensuring compliance
• Familiarity with operational tools, processes, and safety protocols in warehouse environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make time-sensitive decisions
• Communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and collaborating effectively
• Working knowledge of technology-enabled systems such as warehouse management software
• Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Educational background in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an advantage
