Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations. The role involves managing teams, ensuring smooth inventory flow, maintaining accuracy, and driving operational efficiency while adhering to safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse executives, pickers, and loaders
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely and error-free dispatch
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize discrepancies
• Implement and improve warehouse processes and SOPs
• Allocate tasks and manage workforce productivity
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain discipline on the floor
• Handle escalations, operational issues, and reporting to management

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with ERP systems/MS Excel is a plus
