Position Summary-Supervisor (Admin & Operations)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Operations supervisor to manage complete warehouse operations.

The candidate should ensure smooth warehouse functioning, proper stock accuracy, timely documentation, and coordination with operations and dispatch teams.

3. Google Sheet/Data Inventory Management

4. Billing & Operational Record Management

5. Warehouse Operations Supervision

6. Stock Counting & Audits

7.Reporting & Miscellaneous Administrative Work

• Required Skills & Qualifications

a) Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.

b) Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.

c) Basic understanding of billing and operational documentation.

d) Good organizational and supervisory skills.

e) Ability to handle stock counting and inventory reconciliation.

f) Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities simultaneously.
