Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pathanamthitta, responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. Daily tasks include receiving shipments, unloading materials, verifying quantities, and updating inventory records in accordance with company procedures. The role involves preparing orders, packing items securely, organizing stock locations, and using pallet jacks or similar equipment to move goods safely. The Warehouse Specialist works closely with supervisors and team members, follows all safety and quality guidelines, and helps maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including checking deliveries and preparing outgoing orders.
Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading goods in a warehouse or similar environment.
Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, such as stock counting, labeling, and basic record keeping.
Skill in operating a Pallet Jack and safely moving materials within the warehouse.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as required.
Basic familiarity with using mobile devices or computers for inventory entry is beneficial.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stockroom operations is an advantage.
