Job Description
- Ensure ABC cycle-count accuracy >99.5%
- Ensure all day-to-day activities are executed as per the set procedures
- Sound Knowledge in line feeding
- Guarantee zero-line stoppages on account of available materials
- Challenge to meet project targets
- Do inventory analysis and report high value/volume inventory & Improve Turns to industry standards
- WMS knowledge
- Improve stock accuracy as per corporate guidelines and publish the report on monthly basis with C& PA for discrepancies
- Strong hold on Perpetual Inventory, Cycle Count
- Take appropriate action to avoid the ageing of parts in stores
- Improve claim management process
- Improve Team morale by playing active role within the team
- Input Out Put Reconciliation know how
- Locator mapping skill set
- Improve traceability in warehouse
- Work on Kitting of materials
- All transactions handled within timelines
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Engineering or a decent graduation from a reputed college or university (with a minimum of 10 + years of experience in a SCM, Warehousing or Logistics) MBA or PGDBA Preferred solid hands on experience on warehouse establishment and process establishment
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in Stores / warehousing, Logistics and writing reports using MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle Apps
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in WMS
- Experience in establishing external warehouse
- Experience in stock transfer transactions
- Handled highly complicated operations
