We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.

Role: Warehouse Specialist
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: Relevant experience in warehouse/industrial real estate, warehousing solutions, or commercial property preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and shortlist suitable warehouse properties based on client requirements
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and operators
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant warehouse options
- Conduct property visits and coordinate inspections
- Support commercial negotiations and documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and property stakeholders
- Track market availability, pricing, and upcoming warehouse developments in Bangalore

- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore warehouse/industrial real estate market
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage client requirements
- Strong networking and market-research capabilities
- Proactive, target-oriented approach
