We are seeking a Warehouse Space Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the warehouse leasing sector. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can develop effective sales strategies, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive warehouse space leasing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the warehouse sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or warehouse leasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
