Carry out on-site operational duties at customer locations as assigned.

Handle cargo processing activities including sorting, labelling, and release.

Arrange transport pick-ups and coordinate with logistics providers.

Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Support physical logistics activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Assist in resolving operational issues at site level
