Warehouse Regional Manage

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Regional Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of inventory and warehouses. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of the supply chain industry and proven abilities in team management, cost control, and ensuring compliance across all warehouses.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning & Inventory Control: Be responsible for the daily activity of running inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring the inventory system is fully operational. You will also plan execution based on planning sheets for allotments, de-hires, and relocations and ensure the accuracy of SAP and physical stock.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all compliance and safety rules and adhere to statutory compliances across all warehouses. You will also need to comply with WH (Warehouse) Audits on a PAN (Presence Across Nation) India basis.
• Operational Cost Control: Manage miscellaneous warehouse expenses and develop new vendors for indirect procurement to bring cost competitiveness.
• SAP Transactions & Reporting: Ensure the closure of SAP transactions, such as delivery dockets, RRs, relocations, and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes). You will also review warehouse metrics, reports, and process documentation.
• People Management: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team. You will set department objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and review ways to enhance the team's performance.
• Vendor/Client Management: Stay in touch with vendors and clients to maintain a good professional relationship.
