Role: Warehouse Ops Executive

Brief: As
Warehouse Ops Executive, you are the last line of quality before an order reaches a customer. You will own picking, packing, quality checks, FBA inbound preparation, dark store replenishment, 3PL coordination, and returns processing - across every channel Scrubsy sells on.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage picking, packing and quality checks
- Prepare inbound FBA shipments
- Pack and dispatch replenishment stock to dark store and quick commerce platforms on schedule
- Maintain accurate stock counts and flag replenishment needs before stockout occurs
- Follow platform-specific packaging and labelling requirements for each quick commerce partners
- Maintain bin-level inventory accuracy - every SKU in its correct location, every unit accounted for
- Support periodic full warehouse audits and stock reconciliation exercises
- Coordinate with 3PL partners
- Process of RTO (Return to Origin) and customer return shipments
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirement
- 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, or logistics - any hands-on ops role count
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Detail oriented - you catch errors before they leave the warehouse
- Comfortable working in warehouse environment
Additional Requirement
- Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or startup
- Familiarity with inbound FBA preparation
- Familiarity with quick commerce fulfilment
- Working knowledge of any WMS (Warehouse Management System) or order management platform
