The Opportunity

This role is for someone who sees a warehouse as more than racks and cartons.

It's for someone who understands flow. Systems. Discipline. Precision.

As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you will own the Wagholi facility end-to-end from inbound planning to last-mile dispatch readiness ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and zero operational noise.

You won't just manage operations.

You will design operational excellence.

What You Will Drive

1. Operational Excellence

• End-to-end control of receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns
• High stock accuracy and shrinkage control
• Seamless order fulfillment for retail stores and D2C + marketplace orders
• Process optimization to reduce errors and improve turnaround time

Your benchmark: predictable, scalable performance.

2. Systems & Technology Ownership

• Operate and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Maintain barcode discipline and bin accuracy
• Build reporting dashboards for daily operational visibility
• Strengthen inventory control processes

3. Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements
• Maintain fire safety and workplace safety standards
• Enforce hygiene, pest control, and storage compliance
• Conduct regular audits with complete documentation

4. Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors and staff
• Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
• Conduct structured daily briefings and workflow planning
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership

This role requires someone who commands clarity, not chaos.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Align dispatch schedules with retail replenishment cycles
• Collaborate with e-commerce, procurement, and logistics teams
• Support scale during new store launches and peak sales

You will be central to our expansion journey.

Who You Are

• 46 years of warehouse management experience
• Exposure to retail or e-commerce warehouse setups
• Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control systems
• Well-versed in compliance documentation and audit processes
• Detail-oriented, structured, and disciplined
• Comfortable leading teams and making on-ground decisions
